What is a membership plan?
It is a plan that gives you access to all courses on the website. When you pay for any of the membership plans, you won’t need to pay for individual courses. T&C Applied.
There are three types of membership plans we offer:
The Small Business Membership Plan.
The Medium Business Membership Plan, and
The Large Scale Organization Plan.
Do I get support for any course I buy?
Sure, a minimum of 60days support when you purchase single courses individually. However, some courses might have a higher support duration over the others depending on the instructor.
Membership Support:
The duration of the membership support is attached to each membership plan.
What are Extras?
Extras are referred to specific additional courses offered by expert external facilitators who cover specific industry learning. For example, getting a career course in photography.
For a single course purchase, you can purchase “extras” courses by navigating to the category “Extras”.
For Membership Plans: Extras are addons added based on request for medium and large-scale business plans.
We do this because we have to remunerate our external freelance facilitators.
Will I get Support for courses under Extras?
Sure, you will.
What happens if my support license expires?
You can renew your support at the price set upon expiration.
We review our support fee periodically based on the volume of entries.

Do you offer physical trainings for corporate organisations?
Yes, we offer corporate physical training for employees of any organisation. Feel free to Get a Quote.
What are the major differences for these membership plans?
Small Business Plan allows support of only one employee or business owner. This plan also does not have Extras courses when they are available.
Medium Business Plan allows support to at least 5 employees. E.g. your web developer, sales expert, visual editor and you, if you choose. This plan also allows Extras Courses with one year support.
Large Organisations Plan allows all Medium Business Plan Features in addition to physical corporate trainings.
What is a course update?
If we find any training material obsolete to current platforms, we will update the dashboard at no extra cost.
